- TODO: photos are from the 2023 brochure PH LLERAS.pdf (neon bar, raised acrylic pool), while Drive also has a PH PROVENZA.pdf (6 bed / 4 bath, rooftop jacuzzi). Confirm the photos show this penthouse.
