Villa Mónaco sits in a private, secure hillside setting in upper El Poblado (Los Balsos), Medellín, a short drive from the nightlife of Provenza and Parque Lleras. The setting isn't walkable; approx. 10–15 min to Provenza, 15–20 min to the nearest metro station and 35–45 min to José María Córdova International Airport (MDE), depending on traffic.

- Pool & jacuzzi available 8:00 AM – 10:00 PM
- Only registered guests may stay overnight
- No glassware in the pool or jacuzzi areas
- Fireworks are strictly prohibited
- Adults only (18+)—no children. All guests and visitors must be 18 or older
- No extra-guest fees—friends dropping by for a couple of hours are always welcome, free of charge
- One pet is welcome; smoking is not allowed
- Exterior security cameras on outdoor areas only—no cameras inside the villa
- All guests must present valid ID and complete our immigration check-in form, including passport upload, as required by local regulations
- We are firmly against ESCNNA (sexual exploitation of children and adolescents)
